Agreement and service
By using TheSiteMath, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The service includes public calculators, guides, Projects, sharing, and paid access described here.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods. Google OAuth, Google Identity Services, and Email OTP are available. We may suspend access for abuse, security, or nonpayment.
Plans and billing
Project Pass is $19 USD one-time. Pro is $29 USD/month or $290 USD/year. These are live catalog prices. Waffo.com Limited (through Waffo Pancake) is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, tax, and card details. Monthly and annual subscriptions will auto-renew until canceled and may be terminated or restricted under these terms. Activation follows provider-confirmed facts; provider-confirmed payment and transaction data controls activation, cancellation, refunds, and access effects.
Project Pass
One Pass binds to one project. An unbound Pass does not expire. Binding starts one nontransferable, nonextendable 90-day edit window. Buying another Pass or Pro does not reset that window. After it ends, the project remains owner-readable and exportable.
Pro and advertising
Standard public pages may be ad-supported subject to advertising consent. Private project and share pages have no public advertising. Verified active Pro suppresses advertising on standard public pages while paid access remains active, subject to verified entitlement and consent, and this suppression ends on expiry, refund, or restriction. Project Pass never grants global Pro resources or public-page ad suppression.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free calculators and free features are provided at no charge. This paid-service refund policy applies only to paid access and paid charges; it does not apply to free use. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Pro auto-renews until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, digital-access charges are final after access is activated. We do not refund unused time, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or a bound or used Project Pass.
Eligible review reasons include a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a charge after a confirmed cancellation effective date, or a failure to deliver paid access because of a TheSiteMath or provider error. Send requests promptly to support@thesitemath.com with the account email, order reference, and the reason. Waffo processes approved refunds to the original payment method; bank or network timing varies.
The first paid Pro subscription has a 7-calendar-day full-refund window from its initial charge. An unbound and unused Project Pass has a 7-calendar-day refund window. A full refund can make affected subscription or project source access read-only and revoke affected shares. Partial, disputed, or refund-reconciliation cases may be restricted pending review. Statutory rights are preserved.
Projects and sharing
You control submitted project content and are responsible for permissions and accuracy. Shared links can be revoked; account deletion immediately revokes ordinary sessions and shares. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect rate limits. Do not abuse, overload, scrape, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected software, impersonate others, or use the service to distribute unlawful or harmful content. For a breach, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or affected features, revoke shares, block transactions, remove unlawful content, preserve records, or make legally required reports. Urgent security or legal matters may be immediate; otherwise we may give notice and an opportunity to correct where practical. No refund is owed for termination caused by material breach except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Estimates and professional verification
Calculators and estimates are planning tools, not stamped engineering, permit approval, or professional advice. Verify dimensions, local code, permits, supplier pricing, site conditions, and final quantities with qualified professionals before buying or building.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Availability, calculations, and third-party services may contain errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TheSiteMath is not liable for indirect loss, project delays, cost overruns, data loss, injury, property damage, or reliance on an estimate.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. Deletion immediately revokes ordinary sessions and shares, starts a 30-day recovery period, and may then purge content. Minimum pseudonymous billing records and bounded backups may remain for legal, tax, dispute, fraud, audit, reconciliation, or security purposes.
Changes, governing law, and contact
Material breach may lead to restriction, suspension, termination. If TheSiteMath ends a paid service for reasons not caused by material breach, we will provide a proportionate refund of unused prepaid paid access where required. We may update these terms; continued use after posting means acceptance. They are governed by applicable United States law without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
